More Front Mission Storms The PlayStation Store

tecmoa As a follow up to last months digital release of Front Mission Alternative Square Enix put Front Mission 1st on the PlayStation Store as a downloadable PsOne game. You can spend 600 yen ($6) to get this, but it’s somewhat antiquated in comparison to the Nintendo DS port. I’m going to turn your attention to one of the obscure games out this week instead.

Tecmo released an all girls fighting game on the PS1, but Touki Denshou: Angel Eyes isn’t Dead or Alive: Anime Edition. This game is in 2D and has the look of a doujin fighter. Insert Credit says, “Don’t pay over $20 for it, and I think you’ll find yourself…moderately satisfied?” I’ll take that as spending 600 yen to play as a girl who attacks with a giant stuffed panda isn’t a terrible deal.

In case you aren’t convinced here are all the games added to Japan’s PlayStation archives this week:

I think Arcana Heart has put me off all-girl fighting games for a long time. *shudder*
