The logic is in pricing a multiplatform game consistently. I understood that both versions would each be $39, DS and Wii.

I don’t think it makes any sense, wii media is cheaper than DS is, and this is a DS game we’re talking about, ported for the wii. $29.99 would be the logic step to take on something that doesn’t exactly make sense to start with.

$39 for the Wii version isn’t bad honestly, makes sense that both versions would be priced the same.

Now that I think about it, haven’t all Square Enix USA’s Wii games been $39 (DQ Swords, Chocobo Dungeon)? I wonder when we’ll see a “premium” release?

I don’t think the Wii version being listed at $39.99, a Wii game with the same graphics of a DS game, in fact, the DS game for the Wii; is about right, I found it insulting when this company has nothing else coming and seeing this… isn’t even trying.

I really really hope they bring back co-op multiplayer for the main story mode, which was the best thing about the original Gamecube game.

I really liked Ring of Fates as it is one of my favourite ds experiences in the role playing department. However I fear this game will have a lack of content due to the multiplayer focus.

I will remain a bit optimistic despite that.
