@Pichi – I believe Ubisoft is Square Enix’s distributor in Australia. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time, Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume, and Persona 4 – which Square Enix is publishing over there – are all registered under Ubisoft.

Seems like Ubisoft might be publishing it according to the Australian rating. With SE’s name brand, this could help them both.
