Hello Haseo, Welcome To .hack//Link The World R:X is going to bring together a tonne of .hack characters. Screenshots from the PSP game show .hack//Link middle schooler Tokio teaming up with short tempered .hack//G.U. protagonist Haseo for a Cross Rengeki attack. With a list of characters including Tsukasa (.hack//Sign), Subaru (.hack//Sign), Tabby (.hack//Roots), Midori (.hack//Cell), and even Kite from plain old .hack Namco Bandai’s PSP .hack game feels like .hack//Fan Service.

 

CyberConnect2′s decision to create comic book style cutscenes instead of video clips or floating heads was a good choice. These give .hack//Link a manga flavor that other games in the series and other anime based titles don’t have.

    Haseo looks disturbingly happy in those pics. This manga style is looking good, I imagine that'll be a hassle to deal with though if it ever gets localised.

    Wow, those manga panels look gorgeous. Absolutely stunning. They look like comics Udon would churn out (color wise anyway).

    Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I might have to check this out if it comes out here. I haven't played a .hack game since the first one one came out. :/

    Looks like a co-op mode would cool for a game like this.

    well, haseo was a happy person back in the days of .hack//sign when he was still sora. and the shino problem has already been taken care of. what's there for haseo to be sad about?

    I like the manga style, it gives the game a unique look.

    I hope they make another console trilogy(Xbox please). While the games get repetitive I still really enjoy them.
