My feeling for White Knight Chronicles went from “really impressed” to “don't care so much” after I found out it plays like an MMO, the graphics doesn't look all that impressive either.

I'm really looking forward to Heavy Rain, the photo realistic graphics is intriguing, I hope it would turn out to be a unique and groundbreaking game, like Shenmue was back in the days.

As far as Cross Edge is concerned, the game has already shown up in random retailer databases.

Wonder if the less than stellar early reviews on White Knight are impacting them prepping what SHOULD be advertised as the game to 'get you ready for FF13'.

And call me jaded, but keeping GoW3 on there when it like F13 looks more like a 2010 release is a bit self-serving. People certainly don't buy a console based upon which baseball game is on it nor do I think QTEs are what the public wants either. I definitely want to see how Uncharted turns out -- long as the steath stuff plays more like Thief than what passed for 'sneaking around' in say Assassins Creed. Infamous would be nice, but that's another one that better be a bit farther along than it looks for it to make a holiday release.

@Nicky -- It would really be nice to get a timeframe for MA2 and XEdge. You would think sometime in summer would be the targets to get both of them out if whatever ST package they are cooking up is their Xmas gift to us all.

Of course I think the big news is going to be whatever Atlus is sitting on for their end of year/big release. We've got lots of wonderful smaller stuff but nothing on the level of the Personas. T t T or perhaps even a near simultaneous release of whatever the next gen SMT is gonna be, perhaps?

We asked NIS about this a few weeks ago and they said an announcement was coming. Instead we got confirmation of Phantom Brave first.

It's a list like that that makes me glad I have a PS3. I mean, sure, there's a JRPG dearth for that particular console, but with the DS and PSP, I am in no way hurting. Besides, I've still got a large backlog of PS2 RPGs… and that's not slowing down with Devil Summoner 2 and Mana Khemia 2 coming this year, at least.

Uh… hmm… any news on Cross Edge? I don't believe the “It's coming in March!” BS… I think they'll just announce a solid release date in March. An announcement for an announcement, I guess.

Looking forward to Heavy Rain and White Knight Chronicles. I really want to like God of War 3, but my usual habit with hack 'n' slash stuff is to pick a game and obsess over it. The last one was Devil May Cry 4…this year it'll probably be Bayonetta.
