I occasionally have this problem as well. It seems to be very random in nature. My Firefox version is 2.0.0.14 (haven't updated in a while.) My guess is that it might have something to do with add-ons.

A little tip for those having the problem. Try highlighting with the cursor where the text should be. Not the best solution, but it makes the words readable.

Well now that we know Atlus was building contacts directly with Falcom (rather than nust going through Interchannel), I'd say it ups chances at least. Stuff like Vantage Master, Zwei!! or Brandish seems more likely though, given the monumental (ie: expensive) localization demands for the LoH6 games.

Actually, if Atlus did work out publishing deals with Falcom directly, I think I'd rather see them go for PC originals like Xanadu Next or Ys Origin over the PSP ports and remakes… there's low value proposition in boxed retail PC games, bit really, the same can be said for PSP these days…

Thanks for responding guys! I'll look into it and see what's going on. It's a bit of a mystery since I haven't seen the problem myself, but I have heard of it popping up recently.

Iam also using Firefox 3.0.6, it happens in the Wii broweser too but to a much less degree , I think its related to the zoom option in Firefox maybe.

I would so like to see Sora no Kiseki (Legend of Heroes VI, the three) make it here >< Hope that these two Ys are juste the beginning of more Falcom releases in North America (I already pre-ordered them). Can't wait to play those, anyway !

Question for the two people browser problems are you using Firefox 3.0X or 3.1? I've been hearing about these things since Disqus was installed, but it's hard to figure out the source of the problem since everything looks fine on IE, Chrome and Firefox 3.0X.

I wish I could read the whole article. Everything after “When Atlus announced Legacy of Ys: Books I & II you mentioned a brand new localization. Can you give us some insight on the differences?” is black text on black background, which is usually OK when it happens on this site since I can just highlight the rest to read it, but that bloody 'Gaming Map' is sitting right on top of a bunch of text…
