Get A Free Episode Of Blue Dragon On Xbox Live Viz began digitally distributing the Blue Dragon anime on iTunes by handing out the first episode for free. Now the series launched on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

 

Guess what Viz media is doing!

 

They are handing out the introductory episode on Xbox Live from today until March 2rd, 2009. You have five days to get it and see how Shu first summons his shadow, if you want it.

    Viz gave a free d/l for the first episode of Death Note on itunes before as well. Though it's a nice gesture, the Blue Dragon TV series only goes downhill from episode 1, there isn't much story to speak of in the span of 52 episodes and the animation quality is blend for the most part. I don't know about the 2nd series though. Regardless, I would grab anything free, lol.
