Soma Bringer is over there, sitting right next to Mother 3.

But yeah, this is looking like a pretty good year for Wii (so far, at least). Mad World, Muramasa, Punch Out, and Sin & Punishment 2 have peaked my interest. Now if only we could get Fatal Frame…

Punch-Out!! and Sin & Punishment 2 were both announced as retail. WiiWare games have a 40MB ceiling, that's like a late term N64 game… with voice, possibly cinemas, lots of textures, etc, I can see how it'd be too much for WiiWare. Plus this way they can charge $50.

I'm surprised that Punch-Out is retail, I thought for sure it was going to be WiiWare. I'm usually not in favor of downloadable titles but this is one situation where I thought it made sense. How big can Punchout possibly be that it requires a DVD? I also expected Sin & Punishment 2 to be WiiWare, not so much anymore.

Stafi announcement sorta makes me happy, but will totally skip this game until it hits bargain bins. Too little, too late. I still can't believe we're not getting Disaster. All they need to do are slight modifications to the cover, PAL2NTSC, ship it around NA and BANG! they've got my 40$.
