Class Of Heroes Held Back Until June

imageJust a week before its US release Atlus delayed Class of Heroes. After finding a “show-stopping” bug the game has been rescheduled to ship on June 9.

“We will under no circumstance ship a product with foreknowledge of such an issue, and so we must delay the game to resolve the problem and deliver a final product to our fans that lives up to the high standards we aspire to and that they deserve” Aram Jabbari, Public Relations Manager at Atlus, explains.

A two month delay for a bug free product is reasonable. We’ll fill the gap with more Class of Heroes impressions and an interview with Atlus.

  • The Dark Spire is fine too.

  • Constraint

Lol, it’s like they’re mocking NISAmerica.

    • Nekobo

Haha, I was kinda thinking the same thing. NISA really needs to go the extra mile like Atlus does. Not only are they willing to delay a game when they discover a bug at the 11th hour, they’re also adding nearly 1000 lines of extra voice work specifically for the US version of Crimson Gem Saga.

NISA, on the other hand, as far as I know, still hasn’t acknowledged the freezing issues in Ar Tonelico 2.

  • The Unnamed Poster

Well, it’s not like they don’t already have 6 other games coming out this month. Maybe they deserve a breather.

  • My heart stopped for a second when I saw this news earlier. I was reeeeally anticipating this game, but to get rid of a bug, I guess it’s okay. Still… dizzamn. Downer.
