This IS true. If you download a game (or even a demo) from another store your other downloads (games, demos, …) will NOT work because are from a different region/account.

Aside from everybody else commenting about the Credit Card issue, doesn't this mean you'd still have to register your PSP with your Hong Kong account for those downloads to work? That'd also mean everything else that's registered to your other regions' accounts would be deleted as you change the registry, right? (I STILL haven't tried this myself yet, despite downloading Disaster Report 3 demo a long time ago)

Awesome. So you still need a HK credit card or HK PSN point cards after all? Hate it when they do that.. Importing the Jpn point card wasn't cheap either.

This isn't true. You can only put in a Hong Kong address for billing and they DO check this against the address on file with the credit card company. Or at least that's what happened when I tried this about two weeks ago.

Sorry buddy. But they locked the store now for CC purchases. You need a ticket. I used to buy all the time but was rejected as of a month or so ago.
