Yosumin was released as a retail game in Japan. So if it's coming to NA or Europe for DS, i don't expect it as a DSiWare game.

Even though it's WiiWare bound, I'd still like a DSiWare version of FFIV The After Years. Yosumin as a DSiWare release makes a lot of sense too imo.

I'm also eager for Taito stuff. I'd rather have something like Bubble Bobble Plus on DSiWare to be honest…

Square Enix mobile also have Ellark looks pretty good http://www.square-enix.co.jp/mobile/etc/ark/
and there is another episodic RPG which have an art not far from professor Layton I forgot its name. there are others from Square Enix if you dig more in google,
also Sega have a cool epic looking RPG and they have also Shining Road and Capcom made a new Breath of Fire for mobile too.
I want them all in English.

I actually still don't know how Before Crisis plays, but if it's as good as Crisis Core then I don't want to miss it. If it does come to DSi, maybe S-E would try to sell the game retail w/ a limited edition bundle? The cell phone graphics seem very simple though.

It'll probably happen. Nintendo knows it'll push the DSi and Square Enix knows it'll push sales to release another FFVII title. Hooray overrated video games!
