Is Another RPG "Resonating" At Sega?

By Spencer . April 22, 2009 . 7:48pm

image Seventh Dragon, Valkyria Chronicles, and End of Eternity. These days Sega is producing a lot of original RPGs. Maybe Resonance of Time is another one of them?

Around the same time End of Eternity was registered in Japan Sega also filed a trademark for Resonance of Time. Locally, Sega registered Resonance of Fate, which sure sounds connected to Resonance of Time. Hmm… what could Resonance of Fate/Time be? Something new or the US name for End of Eternity?

Oh, and that screenshot is from a Sega RPG. Can you guess which one?

hmm doubt it could be a new name for End of Eternity since they a similar name is trademarked in Japan so I’m betting it’s something new.

oh and It’s the Sega Ages remake of Phantasy Star 1

Wish they’d just get off their bums and release SF: Feather over here

Agreed! I can’t believe this game isn’t going to be coming across seas. What a bummer.

You just reminded me how bitter I am about Sega Ages never releasing the Phantasy Star 1 & 2 remakes in the US. Ugh, if they remade Phantasy Star 3 with the same engine… it’d be amazing. Agh! Such wasted potential! See how you’ve made me all upset and such?! My favorite series… why… why no love in the US, Sega Ages?
