Wii Video Channel And The DSi Make A Nifty Combination

Alone the Wii no Ma channel and the Nintendo DSi are decent enough. Together they have the potential to be awesome.

The same day Nintendo launches the Wii no Ma channel Dokodemo Wii no Ma (Anywhere Wii’s Room) will come out on DSiWare. The free program lets users transfer videos from their Wii to their DSi for portable viewing. Videos are saved so you can carry content and watch it on a daily train commute.

Users can also save coupons given by the magical corporate houseplant to their DSi which they can carry and show to retailers. The demonstration has a discount off a cheeseburger combo meal at make believe “Burgertown”. Imagine using this system at a real McDonalds, a company Nintendo has had good relations with for a long time.
