Hong Kong is privy to strong marketing pushes from Microsoft. Earlier this year Hong Kong’s Xbox division gave away gold Xbox 360s . Their latest push? An Xbox 360 truck carrying LCD TVs hooked up with Xbox 360 games.

The bus traveled all over Hong Kong hitting hot spots like Causeway Bay and was the home for a Street Fighter IV tournament. It also attracted a local cosplayer who dressed up as Reimi from Star Ocean: The Last Hope. Huh. Those escalator with Star Ocean: The Last Hope ads really did something.

“Those escalator with Star Ocean: The Last Hope escalator ads really did something.”

    This sounds extremely awkward, lol.

“I’d buy that for a dollar!”
For some reason that quote is all that came to mind when I saw those pictures.

I was expecting the Xbox-mobile to be a little more high tech. It’s pretty cool they do these promos for Hong Kong or Singapore, like signing sessions by famous game creators. That’s a very good Reimi cosplay getup, hot! In the game the camera angle always strategically shows off Reimi’s nice behind :)
