EA Drafting Touch Screen Ninja Game For Japan

Recommended Videos

Every once in awhile EA Japan goes on their own and makes local products like Populous DS. Shonen Kininden Tsumuji, a ninja game about a boy ninja who lives in the mountains with his family, is their latest Nintendo DS game.

A press release explains when the mountain ninja were under attack giant shuriken are used to save the village. That may explain the four star shaped hole in the concept art. Tsumuji sets out to find the reasons behind the assault and the identity of the leader. You control Tsumuji and attack foes with the stylus, but EA doesn’t exactly explain how. The characters in this game are all original and specifically made for Japan.

Since EA owns all the rights to Shonen Kininden Tsumuji there is a chance it could come out stateside via Electronic Arts or a third party publisher like Xseed.
