I have to agree with Aoshi00. This is really unlikely since the releases are staggered. All of the “International” releases have Japanese text too so it's very rare to see Square Enix release a game overseas with in English and Japanese.

The exception to the rule are the three Xbox 360 games which got separate Japanese and English releases in Asia.

I really doubt it. To this day they have never included eng. sub in a JPRG when it's first released in Jpn. Even Lost Odyssey, Mistwalker dubbed it in Eng and Jpn, but the Jpn game only had Jpn subtitles. Even for the FF International re-release, it usually has the Eng. dub but remains Jpn txt only. Or the latest ACC movie, they had dual audio tracks but Jpn sub only.

If this game takes half a year or more to hit US, I'm just going to import it, I think it would be worth it after what was XI & XII..

I'll be hoping for a begining of summer release so I won't feel bad about playing during school. A September release would be horrible lol.
I'll put $20 on a June 2010 release.

Aww, i'm so disappointed. but…i haven't even played Final Fantasy XII. LOL , well, plenty of time ^^
