This is something really worth waiting for. I wonder when they will release FFXIV? If FFXIII will be released soon, I bet it's worth waiting by then I will be taking a break from World of Warcraft.

This has far too many similarities to the old PS1 FFVII demo…. Starts out in suspended dark city with green lights, Main protagonist (Cloud/Lightning) apathetic to the cause, Ideological motivated Hand to hand fighter (Tifa/Snow). Jive talking black guy, Mechanical scorpion boss, etc etc etc….

And now they have a female Sephiroth.

I hope none of you are still clamoring for a FFVII remake, because you just got it.

Looks really good, but I'm more interested in FFXIV at the moment. I prefer the more fantasy themed FF games as opposed to the Sci-fi ones.

Also that battle music is getting old quick.

I knew it'd be only a matter of time before a potentially annoying kid was inserted into the game, per typical JRPG faction.

But the game looks really good.

I found a few sites where people were criticizing the VA. Even if the VA was bad, how could you know from these short clips? Regardless I think it sounded great. It is very reassuring to see the game running in English.

I have enormous expectations for this game and I think it's going to deliver. I can't wait.

I like Vanille's accent, she sounds like her Jpn counterpart (she was Nia in Gurren Lagann). It's funny to finally hear all those terms pronounced in English. I like Sazh and Lightning's voices too. This would be the RPG I look most forward to since Lost Odyssey.

The woman with the long blonde hair and glasses reminds me of vayne solidor for some reason…. Moving on now, I think if the silver haired kid is a party member he will only be temporary kind of like Larsa from ffxii. I really am happy that they added a fourth attack because playing the demo chaining only three attacks felt kinda dull after the billionth play through… By the way did they say ffxiv will come out in 2010? So wouldn't that mean they would release ffxiii, ffxiii versus, and ffxiv all in 2010? Thats alot of work for SquareEnix.
