The cutscenes near the beginning of the game introduce "Reapers", who wear red hooded sweatshirts and "control" the city. HMMMMMMMM. Plus the comic-art style of the InFamous cutscenes really make it seem like a total rip-off. That said, both games are awesome and I don't mind all that much.
