A Witch’s Tale Event Conjures Idol Cosplayer

Right before E3 kicked off, Nippon Ichi threw an event to promote their fractured fairy tale game, A Witch’s Tale, in Japan. They even got an Akihabara idol to dress up like the main character Liddell!

The singer dressed with the blonde wig is Kana Kobayashi who is apparently from a daily idol show called AKB48. How does she compare to the concept art?

At E3 I played an English build (yes, NIS America already started localizing the game) of A Witch’s Tale and will post battle system impressions soon…

      Ahh… :-P
I actually thought that was Ryoko Hirosue at first.

This is interesting how NIS is handling this. I expected them to just throw the game out when it was completed, but seeing this puts a little more faith in me for the game.

I was also wondering what that “Summer of Love” CD was doing there since I saw it at the official NIS shop. It stood out from all the Takehito Harada characters surrounding it.

Looking forward to the impressions. Waited such a long while for this one.

Eh, humans shouldn’t try to dress up as anime characters. Looks awkward at best, ridiculous at worst.
