Blame Milestone. My friend has the import version and it's got the same problems, such as unintuitive TATE controls and the Chaos Field save bug.

That said, this doesn't excuse UFO's incompetence at requiring these issues to be fixed, especially given the mammoth delays as you've said.

Hopefully the setup and options aren't as janky as USC was. I dunno if it was Milestone or UFO who screwed up, but considering how much time they had to iron things out, it was really inexcusable.

Thankfully the name is appropriate this time around unlike the ambiguously uncreative Ultimate Shooting Collection.

Still waiting for a Radio Allergy Noir console port, I'll pick up Illevo in the meantime if it's decent.
