Garou: Mark of the Wolves Hits XBLA Next Week

Garou: Mark of the Wolves should keep SNK fans waiting for The King of Fighters XII busy for a few weeks. SNK is re-releasing the arcade classic on Xbox Live Arcade on June 24.

At the moment, the release date is only for Japan. However, only one Xbox Live Arcade game was released in Japan first and it was a shogi title. Also, Garou: Mark of the Wolves has worldwide online play, which would go to waste if other countries don’t take a bite out of Garou at the same time.

Garou: Mark of the Wolves costs 800 Microsoft Points or $10 real money.

Now I can spam Kim Dong Hwan’s LIGHTNING KICKS online!
I wasn’t gonna drop any cash on SF4, but I’ll definitely buy an arcade stick or fightpad for this.

This is good news. However, when are we going to get Samurai Shodown online?

if you contact SNK again, could you please ask them to refrain from requiring wallpaper and filters? those things kept me from buying a few of their xbla titles.

  • I hope if we don’t get it as the same time as Japan that we still get it fairly soon. I would gladly buy this.
