Death By Cube Is A Fitting Name For Square Enix’s “Project Cube”

At E3 I played a twin stick shooter from Square Enix tentatively called Project Cube where cubes exploded into a bloody mess when shot.

Looks like the Xbox Live Arcade game has a new name. Square Enix trademarked Death By Cube in Europe, which sounds like it’s going to be used for Project Cube. Death By Cube is catchier and it fits the game too. See, you die when giant cubes overwhelm you.

Project Cube aka Death By Cube is slated for a release sometime this year.
