English Version Of My Life as a Darklord Lands In Europe On Friday

Looks like PAL territories will get a chance to trap adventurers and talk to tonberries(ss) before us. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord with English text arrives in Europe this Friday.

You control the daughter of the Darklord and have to fortify your lair to keep invading adventurers out. As you progress through the game you pick up artifacts and unlock more monsters to use. Square Enix also mentions “major downloadable content” some of which has already been released in Japan. Prices range from 100 Wii Points ($1) for spells to 500 Wii Points ($5) for the newly released stage pack.

Since the English version is ready a domestic release can’t be too far behind. Perhaps, we’ll see Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord on Monday.

I think it’s already been confirmed, somewhere on the official site, that NA is getting it on the 20th. (Which would, of course, be Monday.)

I’d rather have tales of monkey island.

This will be mine the minute they put it up.
