Even at $5 or $10, UMD is still not worth it since you could get a DVD at that price now, w/ Blu-rays being the high end media. The PSP screen is too small to enjoy a movie, and it's a hassle to connect to the big TV via PSP-2000's video out.

The funny thing is I assume most Potter fans would already own all of these movies on DVD, and might double-dip by upgrading to Blu-ray, not downgrading to the useless UMDs.. I actually do have a Jpn 2000 to view this Euro UMDs if I want, lol..

Personally, I think the only real trouble with UMD movies are the price. I was in Best Buy today, and some of the UMD movies were $25. No wonder they don't sell, priced at $10 more than dvds. ''

If they had sold them at $5 a piece (what I've bought the ones I own for, at least), it would have worked out a lot better…

That's almost unbelievable! I'd really like to meet the person responsible for that decision. At the very least I would thank them for one of the best laughs today.
