Have Some Valkyria Chronicles 2 Screenshots, Concept Art

Sega released a few more screenshots of Valkyria Chronicles 2: The Royal Military of Gallia, one of which shows tank combat.

See the concept art? From left to right you have Avan, Cossette, Jerry, and according to Sega “???”.

I’m so glad Sega’s choosing to create this for the PSP because I don’t have a PS3. Heard so many great things about the first game, so I’m really looking forward to this even if I have to play in Japanese.

I hope there are still some cameo characters. I miss Fina (and apparently, her twin sisters) as the medic, but whatever. If a girl in a tiny skirt is running towards me with a suitcase of possibly volatile medicine, I wouldn’t complain.

The team managed to squeeze Skies of Arcadia characters in VC1 *and* kept it a secret. Because of that I think cameo characters are going to appear in VC2. Which characters is the question.

I get to choose how the classes evolve or just the single character?
In a way that is a good choice, but I don´t want my scout to be able to withstand gun fire like the shocktroopers could…
But oh well. Looks good. But it should have been released to the PS3. So I can have a nice box in my shelf instead of probably having to download it to a PSP :(

The psp has decent graphical capabilities so I wish it had nicer visuals but overall it looks like it’ll be good fun and I’m looking forward to it!

It would be cool if you could actually play as full fledged Valkyr in this game but not for any serious battles or anything because that would make the game too easy. I just think it would be pretty neat if they added a special mission or two where you play Valkyr and rape the shit out of the other army. My guess though from the uniform that the Valkyr chick is wearing, is that she is not going to be playable and she is going to be on the imperial side like Selvaria.
