Namco Bandai Conjuring Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha As Game For PSP

Namco Bandai picked up the rights to Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A’s and are working on a PSP game called Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A’s Portable: The Battle of the Aces.

The anime series, which aired a few years ago, features grade schools students with magical powers. This branch has Nanoha and her Time/Space Bureau buddy, Fate, searching for pages from the Book of Darkness.

Somehow, this is going to involve fighting since Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A’s Portable: The Battle of the Aces is a “magic hand to hand combat versus action” game. In other words, it’s a fighting game. Like any good fighting game The Battle of the Aces supports two players.

Other than those tidbits the official site doesn’t offer anymore information. Namco Bandai has plenty of time to trickle details out since Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A’s Portable: The Battle of the Aces is scheduled for release on January 21, 2010.

Heck even the shots look like MBA.

Take out the stupid-ass loli service and MAKE IT GOOD, and I might want it. And yes add StrikerS.

but its not Nanoha without the lolis! D:

Sadly, Nanoha was pretty much a fusion of the traditional “magical girl” show with elements of “technology” and “combat”… with the hint of “female friendship” that started in the prequel series and stretched into the sequel…

So if you’re not into the loli-service, maybe Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS would be better?
(More female relationships, less loli, balanced by one shota.)
