Show Off Your Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Screenshots

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva is unique in that it allows the users to take screenshots. “Screenshots? But, why?” is what you’re probably thinking right now. Well, you probably need a new wallpaper for your PSP. Plus, you could use the screenshots to show off how you decorated Miku’s room in the game or what costumes and PVs you’ve unlocked.

Admittedly, I still have quite a bit of unlocking to do. But for now, I thought I’d upload some of the wallpapers, PV and Miku room screenshots I’ve taken so far.

If you have the game and want to show off, the screenshots aren’t stored where you’d think they’d be on your PSP. That is, in the PICTURE folder. Instead, check for them in the SCREENSHOT folder in the PSP folder.

  • I really love the Fukigen Waltz PV, it’s sooo cute!
I almost have all the costumes unlocked except non-miku swimwear and the champagne gold costume. It drives me nuts, I swear I got great on all of them again, but I can’t seem to unlock another swimwear… I probably skipped something on accident =/
    Here are some of mine

    • I love your screenshots! They’re perfect. Did you get them on the first try?

I’ve been following along the list at GameFaqs for costume unlocking purposes. It’s quite helpful.

      • Sometimes it’s luck, most times I had to try several times. I wish there was a fast forward/rewind option in PV mode!

    Do want localization.
    Do waaaaant…

    • I think Sega’s be smart if they decided to just translate the menus and perhaps release it as a worldwide download on the PlayStation Store.

      • mikaylaaria

        I agree.
There’s not much else they can do beside translate menus, given all the songs are in japanese. It’s so hard to try and make english songs with the japanese-only Vocaloids.
I know that my friend and I would get it if it were released.
        Day-freakin’ One.

  • The sceenshot look really cute and those artworks are very pretty. Maybe I’ll be tempted to buy the game after all :/

  • superdry

The screenshot function of the game is really fun to use to take extremely cute pictures of Miku. My current PSP wallpaper is Miku winking with the V sign from the Dear Cocoa Girls song.

Shirokiryuu – good luck on unlocking the champagne gold costume. =) Disappearance of Miku Hatsune on Hard is quite killer.

On the same note, unlocking room items is taking me forever. I have two more wall items to unlock and then I’ll have 100% the game, but those two items are taking forever to unlock. I must’ve played each song at least 25 times now spread between normal and hard (trying to get perfects along the way). Ugh…

    • LOL I think the statistics are against you =( Who knows how many times you’ll have to play!
For me, I’m already terrible at rhythm games, it’s going to cost my sanity to get greats on the harder ones…

    • Disappearance of Miku Hatsune is easily one of the most difficult rhythm game songs I’ve ever played. I’ve given up hope of getting the champagne costume.

Room items are quite challenging to unlock. I tend to use the same items over and over. I love the Miku doll holding the leek, and the leeks sword display. The Rin and Len dolls are also quite adorable.
