Taito Is In The BlackBerry Games Business

The creators of Space Invaders plan to reduce productivity with their first wave of Blackberry ports.

 

When Blackberry users aren’t checking their e-mail they can play Space Invaders and Bust-a-Move. Both games are now available for $4.99 on the Blackberry app store. Since Blackberries have keys Taito created two control schemes, a traditional mode that uses keys and a touch screen mode.

 

Taito is a subsidiary of Square Enix. Could that mean Blackberry ports of Final Fantasy…. nah.
