Love Plus better be good, trailer seems amazing :)

The deal is good for games that are released about a month ago and further back, so no go on Love Plus discount.

Another idea for the sale; Ouendan (2), Death Smiles Limited Edition, Last Bullet, PW: Project Witch.
I'm totally getting Came Center CX 2. I just got that crazy action figure of Arino with the heating pad.

    Amazing?! :-P
Well, I just wonder how much of the game is talking and how much is …uh, not talking.

Man, I wish 428 would make its way over here. :( Maybe this is the first Japanese current-gen game I have to break down and buy… and struggle my way through. :P That, or Diamond and the Sound of a Gunshot, but I hear it's time-sensitive, so I wouldn't have time to be figuring out what I'm reading…

Guess I'll just console myself with Fate/Unlimited Codes; nothing else piques my interest in the least.

Stop yer moanin'. This is Siliconera. You're a writer for Siliconera. Your writing specialty is features and playtests.

Then we have Xseed. A company known for weird and quirky releases. That company is also one of those weird ones that pays attention to Siliconera, right alongside Atlus.

So quit your sourpussin', light those fingers with the flames of justice, and pound away at your keyboard! For justice…and LOVE!

I know, too bad it doesn't apply to newly released games. I just grabbed the three shumps, Shikigami 360 (missed the deal by like 20 mins and it went from 24h to 1week), Otomedius, and Death smiles the regular version. I thought of getting Last Bullet too, but have only seen negative reviews saying the story is not good or something..

You're partially right, one of the reasons why I want this is one of the girls is voiced by one of my favorite seiyuu Minaguchi Yuuko (Yawara the Judo girl, Videl/Pan in Dragonball Z). I hope it would have a lot of voice overs, I really like the animation from what I've seen.

The 20% off is very good deal if you could find games that fit that criteria (out over 30 days and in stock), it seems that many people jumped on it so they could clear their inventory.

Toyrus also had a buy 1 get 1 half off for Wii / DS games last week, and Best Buy is doing the same thing for 360 games this week. Guess every little bit helps in this recession.

I would get Muramasa but I am so busy and ingrossed in playing Batman, I could care less right now.

  • Aoshi00

True, Batman Arkham Asylum is so crazy in a good way, I feel like I'm in a loony bin. The presentation, story, control, voice acting are madness, I went to sleep thinking about the game. Got it last Tues, but I'm savoring it and taking my time solving Riddler's riddles. It made me want to go rewatch Batman Begins and see Cillian Murphy's scarecrow :)

Target also had a buy 2 (or 3?) Wii games and get the next one free a few weeks back.
I really wish I knew about these deals while they're still useful and not a week after it's over…

  • Aoshi00

Yeah, I only accidentally stumbled across the Batman deal the night before I decided to get it. They had deals everywhere in Best Buy ($10 gift card and DVD movie) and Amazon ($46.99 w/ coupon code), but Toysrus's $30 gift card sealed the deal, you had to buy the game before 2pm on release day, I actually sneaked out of work for half an hour to get it, couldn't wait till lunch time, lol. I took advantage of the Wii/DS deal too w/ my gift card, and got Batman/Layton2/Klonoa for a total of $80. Pretty sweet.

I feel the same way guys xD, been playing the game as much as I can. Though Project Diva, Layton 2 and Dissidia are played while I'm at work.

Layton 2 is great, I actually played the Jpn ver alrdy, just picked up the US copy to hear the gents speak genuine British  Wish I could play portables on my job, usually I just play for 15-20 mins on the bus commute before getting some shut eye. I would like to play my first Hatsune Miku game eventually. Batman’s great, I’m at the basement chasing Scarecrow now down the elevator shaft, I hope to finish it this weekend.
