imageNamco Bandai is handling the Dragon Ball games again and a wave are coming, starting this month when Dragon Ball: Revenge of Piccolo arrives in stores.

October 20th to be exact and it’s a little bit less than your average Wii title. Dragon Ball: Revenge of Piccolo will retail for $39.99. A few weeks later on November 10th, Dragon Ball Z: Attack of the Saiyans, a RPG developed by Monolith Soft, lands in North America for $29.99.

Dragon Ball: Raging Blast, a PS3 / Xbox 360 fighting game and successor to the Budokai Tenkaichi series, is also scheduled to launch in November.

I like the price for the Wii game. BTW, for DB fans, Funimation is finally releasing the non-cropped genuinely remastered Dragon Box. And the box set for the original DB series too. how many times do they want us to buy the DVDs before putting them on blu-ray… then there’s DB Kai which is also great.

    • I really enjoyed DBZ Burst Limit so I’d love to play Raging Blast. I guess watching so much DB in the 90’s really stuck with me.

I thought about buying Movie #7/#9 on Bluray because they are bundled together and they are two of my more favorites but I’ve been waiting for someone who knows what they are talking about to tell me if it really looks remastered or if it’s DVD quality moved to a Bluray.

I was actually kind of disappointed w/ Burst Limit, the repeated animation for every character was just lazy, even though the game was fun to play.

I’m a huge DB fan for life, watching DB Kai every Sunday now, it’s great, concise like the manga w/o all the fillers, however, the music wasn’t as epic as the original Kikuchi soundtrack.. I got the whole cropped Z set, and Funimation is going to release the true Dragon set like the Jpn version before. But I don’t want to get it yet because they might release it on the B-R again in the future. Plus Kai would be yet again a separate purchase.. It’s been so long I’ve seen the movies, but I loved the future Trunks and Bardock TV specials, I got that combo on DVD.

Yeah! I love Dragonball! Can’t wait. DB Origins was the best DS game ever.

Monolith Soft? hmmm. I don’t particularly like DBZ, but maybe I’ll bite because it’s a Monolith game.
