There May Be A Reason To Play Final Fantasy IV Mobile

It’s a small reason, but Square Enix added something new to cell phone version of Final Fantasy IV.

To distinguish the mobile release from Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy IV Easytype, Final Fantasy IV (PS1), Final Fantasy IV Advance, and Matrix Software’s DS remake of Final Fantasy IV (wow, that’s a lot of FFIV) this version has an original EX dungeon.

But, the “original” dungeon looks pretty familiar. Almost like it’s a remix of Lunar Ruins labyrinth added to Final Fantasy IV Advance. Just like the Game Boy Advance game, you can switch characters and battle King Behemoths.

If you’re in Japan you can download Final Fantasy IV Mobile for 840 yen ($9.35).

  • You know what bugged the heck out of people (and myself) with the original release of FF IV on the SNES? That spot on the moon right there. Never found out if there was a reason for it existing (without the door) or if they planned on doing something with it and never got around to it until they got to the GBA series of it…

Otherwise it just looks like a spot that sticks out like a sore thumb in the original.

Ugh… I was thinking the reason you were to state was online party play…

    Dungeon… Rather, rehashed dungeon… Lame. =_=

lol quick money for them. Probably took like a week or two to develop.

Square, how bout you stop milking FF and gives Racing Lagoon 2, Tobal 3, and some of the other older titles you abandoned?
