Bleach: Soul Carnival 2 Dated

imageLooking forward to more super deformed Bleach side scrolling? Mark your calendar for December 10. That’s when Bleach: Soul Carnival 2 arrives in Japanese stores.

Seems like Sony is applying their Badman strategy to Bleach: Soul Carnival. Instead of revamping the formula, Bleach: Soul Carnival 2 just adds more content and a new story to follow. Expect more characters and voices for the alarm clock mode. Yeah, Sony kept that bonus in the sequel.

Sweetness. Actually looking forward to this one. :D

Also, here’s to hoping for a playable Coyote. >:3 Gotta have my gunslinger in there.

I don’t think so man, since the plot is frozen in the anime with all those fillers they can’t put any of that yet and are looking to start from the beggining of the anime to add plot to the game.

That is unless the fillers end before december, which I find highly unlikely.

      • QBasic

The filler is 52 episodes altogether. That said, it’s not like a Bleach game hasn’t broken a continuity combo…

Bleach HTS3 anyone? Ulquiorra showed up in that game almost a year before his actual anime appearance.

        • Cloud_ST

That’s a sort of tradition in the HTS series,a spoiler character (to the anime) appears in the game and it’s the last one to unlock, check it out:

          HTS3:Ulquiorra
          HTS4:Nel
          HTS5:Neliel (Nel’s adult form)
HTS6:Halibel (sort of,they did already shown it in the anime but they shown some attacks and the zanpakuto form before the anime)

Maybe we’ll get lucky and the Soul Carnival series will do something like that.
