Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden Multiplayer Mode (Sorta) Revealed

By Spencer . October 12, 2009 . 4:56pm

image Since July, we’ve known Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden had a four player mode. Back then it could have been for anything, even Bahamut Bowling.

(It’s not for Bahamut Bowling.)

The multiplayer mode, as seen in Famitsu, lets four players link up to a host and fight strong monsters. Each player picks a  lead character (i.e. Brand, Jusqua, Unita, or Aire) to do… something. Famitsu didn’t divulge the system or explain how combat works with four characters running around in the same world.

Would be neat if Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden was Dragon Quest IX lite.

“Four players link up to a host”

What does that mean? 5 players, one person being something like the dungeon master? 4 players and a server?

yeah, I didn’t really get much out of it either, but even if Four Warriors had no multiplayer I would still get it. :D
