This Week In Imports: Tekken 6 vs. Bayonetta Round 1! Tekken 6 is preparing for a worldwide launch, but will Robo Kazuya and its slew of guest artist costumes be able to beat Bayonetta’s buzz?

Even if Bayonetta outsells Tekken 6, Tekken will have a longer lifespan and people will continue to play it online and such. Unless Bayonetta has some kind of newgame +, then I doubt it will outlast Tekken 6.

Never was a big fan of Tekken, I might check it out though, see if it changes anything up. Waiting for Blazblue/SF4 second waves.

Sin and Punishment 2/Bayanetta are gonna be great

From everything I have heard, if you didn't like Tekken 1-5 then you probably won't like Tekken 6. That being said, I am very excited. It has been a long almost two years since it appeared in Japanese arcades. The wait has been killing me.

This is very true, but Fighting games in general always have one of the longest life spans due to multiplayer. Hell I know guys that are still playing SFIII: Third Strike on Dreamcast on a regular basis.

  • ElTopo

They still hold tournaments in Japan for SF2on a regular basis.

Tekken. All that needs to be said. Or should have been, if not for the disappointing story mode and mediocre netcode.

What a nice cover for 4 Warriors of Light, though the semi SD chars look a bit weird.

Tekken 6 looks cool, but I can't wait for Bayonetta and Sin and Punishment 2, I suppose the wait ain't so bad since I'm still playing a bunch of stuff.

What's w/ the link up there for the silly cat game (Sukeban Shachou Rena Wii), looks crazy :)

Actually there's some game that will be released on Sunday this week, in Japan, like P3P… Is it considered as 'next week'? ^^'

Tekken 6's characters look pretty cool, also the campaign mode looks fun, like Tobal 2's dungeon. But I can't wait for Bayonetta and Sin and Punishment 2. I'm getting the 360 version, so I would wait for the US version which is region free. Also I suppose the wait ain't so bad since I'm still playing a bunch of stuff. Demon's Souls just came, the CE box looks beautiful, but I'm afraid to open the package after hearing about the unforgiving difficulty.
