Aksys Gives DSiWare A Shot Of Sherry

In the not so distant future, Aksys will release their first DSiWare game and it’s a localization of an existing Arc System Works game.

The ESRB rated Animal Puzzle Adventure which tipster Matty (thanks!!) identified as the North American version of Simple Puzzle Series: Chiria’s Barn. In this puzzle game players guide animals into barns while avoiding traps like holes. Clear a stage to earn pieces of pictures featuring Sherry. Beat all fifty levels and you’ll complete the gallery.

Arc System Works sold the game in Japan for 500 DSiWare Points ($5). While we’re waiting for North American pricing and an official announcement from Aksys, check out the Japanese trailer.

It looks like a cute game and the DSi shop could get some use, but I'm really hoping to see if this leaves open a chance for the PSP game this was based off of, "Ranshima Monogatari Rare Land Story", get released out west.

I discovered Ranshima Monogatari Rare Land Story while checking the games available through the Hong Kong PSN and thought it looked adorable!

Oh, I didn't know it was already available through Hong Kong's shop, but yeah, this would make a cool PSN release. Aksys already has a hand in this audience with "Rockin' Pretty" and "Princess on Ice", so we'll see...

And that SALE sign she's wearing nearly made me melt. I could look at that all day!
