Game Arts First WiiWare Game Coming Here As The Magic Obelisk

Remember Game Arts’ WiiWare game where you hide a boy in shadows? In Japan, it’s known as Shadow Walker. In North America it will be called The Magic Obelisk whenever Game Arts has a chance to officially announce it.

The ESRB leaked The Magic Obelisk by rating it with an E for everyone. Here’s how they describe The Magic Obelisk.

This is a puzzle game in which players guide a spirit across floating landscapes in the sky. Players create paths, on which the spirit can walk, by forming shadows along the landscape; he is unable to walk in sunny areas. Ghosts and robotic cats can knock the spirit out of the shade, causing him to yelp and resulting in "dizzy stars" that twirl above his head.

Game Arts is also listed as the publisher so it seems like they are self publishing The Magic Obelisk. Make sense since this is a digital release, but that raises another question. Who is localizing it?

This is the kind of game that i would've definitely checked if there was a demo available.

Btw what happened to that other shadow game for the Wii “Tower of Shadow”?
