Hey, I Remember These Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier Exceed Stars

imageNeige has some familiar friends. Haken Browning and the crew of Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier are confirmed for the sequel. We’re talking about the entire cast, including guest characters Reiji, Xiaomu, and KOS-MOS.

Monolith should just make those characters Endless Frontier stars now. It’s not like KOS-MOS is busy with more Xenosaga games! Since they were cameos in the last game I wonder what surprises Monolith has planned for Endless Frontier Exceed.

Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier Exceed is scheduled to come out in Japan this winter as a standalone game and a limited edition package containing the soundtrack.

Hey, I Remember These Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier Exceed Stars

Amusing, since on the header image you really did focus on the “stars” of EF, the breasts.

There’s little chance we’re getting this one, right? The first EF didn’t seem to sell enough to warrant a reprint by ATLUS.

Hehe, gave me a little chuckle with the image comment.

    • Haha. Totally not my intention, but I’m glad I made an amusing header image joke. :) I intentionally make header image jokes sometimes, but they’re so abstract most of them haven’t been caught.

Sweet, want this game even more now!

Thoroughly enjoyed the first, the battle system was a little unique for my tastes. Hoping this comes stateside.

  • The first game was so much fun. I can’t believe it didn’t pick up well…
I hope Atlus brings this to us. And its awesome news the ol’ crew are in this game.

Actually last word is that it sold what Atlus expected it. Wish I could find the article detailing the Japanese sales figures of the game and what it sold at the time of the article in the states but it was respectable enough for atlus to make their money back.

I enjoyed the first game so much that I hope that Atlus brings the sequel. Is good to hear that this heroic-less team is back.

Do want but….the random battles! I actually dont know if this is keeping them but Im pretty sure it is. The first was fun but those damn random battles killed the flow for me.

    • Ereek

That’s strange, because the random encounter rate in the dungeons – not the map – was extremely, extremely low. Almost too low, in one or two areas.

      • Guest

Compared to other rpgs yea it was low but random battles in general they just frustrate the hell out of me.

  • SRT OG: EF was one of my favourite DS games of this year, even if it didn’t get localized I’d still import this.

  • one of the best ds games evah
