Tokimeki Memorial, Samurai Cats Arrive On Game Archives In preparation for Tokimeki Memorial 4, Konami re-released Tokimeki Memorial Forever With You as a downloadable PlayStation classic. You can get it from Japan’s PlayStation Store for 600 yen ($7).

But, why get that when you can get Neko Samurai (Samurai Cat) instead?

This game delivers what the title promises. It’s an adventure game with over a hundred samurai cats from Hamster.

Im the only one who thought this was related to Samurai PIZZA Cats? :(

Hahahah! Actually, after reading your comment, I had to go back up to the title and re-read it because I swear it _DID_ say Samurai Pizza Cats. Oh man, but those pictures and that game seems to make up for my disappointment. Over 100? Wow.

I´d rather take Tokimeki Memorial translated :p Much more playworth for me.

If I had understood it when I tried it on SNES emulator when I was younger I wouldn´t be so longing after it now.

No, you are not the only one. It's the reason I clicked on the article in my RSS reader. Tokimeki usually does it for me, but I've conceded defeat in trying to learn enough Japanese to get through one of those games.

Darn, is that last picture for real?

And yeah, I too thought it was going to be related to Samurai Pizza Cats…

  • thebanditking

Nope it was the first thing I though of when I saw it.

Read it as samurai Pizza cats as well.

lol, those cats are so lame compared to Samurai Pizza Cats, though some of you might alrdy know the show's actually called “Kyattou Ninden” in Jpn.

Now THAT's the Tokimemo that I want. I still have my Jpn copy lying around somewhere, but I would d/l it to play on my PS3 (since PS1/2 games are still region locked). Time to buy PSN ticket.

Hmm…today Lunar SSS released for the PSP and lo and behold it's not on the PSN for download. Meaning that instead of using the PSPGo to play it, I'm stuck using my old PSP. I realize that the game is going straight for the bargain bin (read: it will flop as with the GBA and DS Lunar games) however it's just a bit annoying that after spending some 27000 yen to buy the new Go, I'm still having to pull out the 3000-series.

  • TokyoGuy

No, that was my first reaction upon reading the post, though given that SPC had a totally different name in Japanese, it didn't occur to me when seeing it on the PSN earlier.

  • malek86

I totally need to get it. I checked around the net, and there's basically no info whatsoever about this game. I'm a sucker for unknown games.

But, maybe next month. I can't get a PSN ticket right now.
