I'd import it because it would most likely be english. I own the regular edition for Xbox 360, but don't care about the DLC and only want the Wii-like controls of the PS3 version. But seeing I don't own the game on PS3, I don't want to buy the same game again and then buy DLC, I'd rather just buy the Special version on disc.
