Suave Talking Ferret Introduces Shiren the Wanderer

Atlus shared a trailer of Shiren the Wanderer that shows how Shiren got involved with the fabled Karakuri mansion. Sensei, Shiren’s uncle and literal sensei, gives him a key. Watch the scene as described by Koppa, a self described "suave talking ferret” that follows Shiren.

Online rescues are out of the North American version, but newcomers can still get into Shiren the Wanderer. Chunsoft made an easy mode that allows players to retain their gold, levels, and most importantly items if defeated.

Shiren the Wanderer heads to stores on February 9, 2010.

It's a shame they cut the online mode, I loved helping fellow wanderers in the DS version. "Offline" (=code trading via forums etc.) rescues are still in, right?
