Grasshopper Manufacture isn’t directly working on No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise. Marvelous handed the high definition porting job to Feelplus. The studio’s first game was Lost Odyssey for the Xbox 360. Afterwards, Feelplus developed Blue Dragon: Plus (DS), Ju-On: The Grudge (Wii), and are currently working on Ninety-Nine Nights II (Xbox 360). No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise will be their first PlayStation 3 title.

“Since we are remaking an SD game into an HD game, most of the models, graphics, and textures are being remade from scratch,” Marvelous Entertainment head Yasuhiro Wada told Edge in an interview. “In the future, if we are able to put out something truly new in the future, we’d like to include in-depth online functions.”

A new game with “in-depth online functions”? Very interested to see what Marvelous can make. Perhaps, a Luminous Arc MMO? They dabbled with online play for Luminous Arc and Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga so they have experience connecting consoles over the internet.

This is great news. Lost Odyssey was an AWESOME game.
  • I really wish Paradise makes it here.
  • I hope not only that it makes it here very soon but that it keeps the same cover art I saw on the 360 version. I hope they all have that same cover art...

This is great news, thank God they found someone to develop this port for the Xbox and PS3.
I'll be happy only if the game gets here on America...
