MTO’s US Branch Releases Techno Uematsu Music Game

MTO, the Japanese company behind many of those Dogz, Catz, and San-X licensed games, has a US subsidiary. That office usually handles licensing deals, but MTO USA is starting to publish games.

Their first release, Kurulin Fusion, is kind of neat too, especially if you listen to electronica or are fan of Nobuo Uematsu. He directed the score, which is comprised of Bach variations. Kurulin Fusion is a block dropping, music puzzle game. Think Super Puzzle Fighter meets Lumines. Blocks fuse, you clear them with energy orbs (read: gems).

Tozai Games, the company behind the Lode Runner remake and R-Type Dimensions, assisted in development, but this is MTO USA’s first game. Makes you wonder what else they’re up to.

Where could I find the soundtrack then?
I'm a fan of both electronica and Nobuo :D
