Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes Set For Spring

By Spencer . December 18, 2009 . 9:03am

Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes (aka Sengoku Basara 3 in Japan) won’t battle hordes of games in the already overcrowded first quarter in 2010. Capcom is saving their feudal Japan action game for spring 2010.

Here’s another trailer of it.

A timeframe for North America has not been set, but one thing we’re sure about is Sengoku Basara 3 won’t be Devil Kings 2. Capcom said Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes will have a straight localization when it is released domestically. See, they even preserved the name of the series!

Well Koei’s got two new games that are coming out:

Trinity Zill O’ll (action RPG based on the PS1/PS2/PSP RPG)

Fist of the North Star (based on the manga)

I am a big Dynasty Warriors fan, but I am not sure about DW Strike Force on PS3 because I did not like the PSP game. This on the other hand I am very excited for, I just hope this spring release is for Japan only I REALLY need some time in between releases. Q1 is just way too busy, Bayonetta, Darksiders, Star Ocean TLH Int., White Knight Chronicles, Sonic and Sega Racing, Super Street Fighter, RE5 Gold, Final Fantasy 13, Lost Planet 2, God of War 3, Heavy Rain, Mod Nations Racers, Lunar PSP. Oh my poor wallet…………

  • Groovy! Capcom knows how to make these games! Another Basara game to add to my collection.
