Tekken 6 Gets Online Co-op Update Next Week

By Spencer . January 12, 2010 . 3:40pm

You’ll be able to play the Tekken Force-esque scenario campaign mode online soon. A free update that adds online play to the brawler mode in Tekken 6 and tweaks Mokujin will be ready on Monday, January 18.

– The patch adds two player online support to the Scenario Campaign.
– Voice chat is included.
– A co-op leaderboard will also be added.
– Mokujin’s AI will be “improved.” In online versus mode, Mokujin’s fight style changes every round.

And that’s it. No news on further fixes to combat latency issues after the last patch.

  • Finally! At least there’s something good about SC mode.

  • Aerodynamisch

    No offline co-op????

    • That’s what I’m saying! It’s pointless if it’s online only! That and it took them months to even get the online portion ready even when they said it would be ready at launch! WTF?!
