imageRumor has it After Burner Climax is coming to consoles. New screenshots, reportedly from an Xbox 360 version, keep the fire burning.

Gameswire has an After Burner Climax gallery from an Xbox 360 port. According to their sources, After Burner Climax is due for Xbox Live Arcade. The game has not been officially announced by Sega. However, it wouldn’t be too surprising since Sega brought other arcade games including Virtua On and Outrun to consoles as digital downloads.

In November, After Burner Climax was rated by the Korea’s Game Rating Board with Sony Computer Entertainment Korea as the publisher. Looks like After Burner Climax is going to be a multiplatform game.

I really hope this doesn’t pull an Outrun and be a 360 exclusive in NA.
