Guess Which Disgaea Character Appears In Last RebellionNippon Ichi loves adding cameos so it’s not really a surprise to see crossover characters in Last Rebellion.

Before we get to the more recognizable Disgaea guest meet Mikan, again. You may recognize him because the orange juice crying cat is from Jigsaw World, one of Nippon Ichi’s Japan-only Nintendo DS games.

And the Disgaea character is… a Prinny. Were you expecting Laharl?

Both cameos are extra bosses in Last Rebellion. The game comes out next week in Japan and next month in North America.

Whoa. There's no way Nine will survive that fight with Mikan (Orange in the US version, btw… don't ask me why).

    No love for the Flonne.

  • Saturnus

… that cat thing is a boss?

they'll probably make it ridiculously overpowered because it looks so small and cute

  • Saki

Why is this game on PS3 again……
With all those damn ports they make for PSP it wouldnt kill them to give PSP Last Rebellion would it? Hell even Wii.

  • shirokiryuu

I guessed it was a prinny, but my second guess was Etna.

You know I was quite interested in this game until seeing that Famitsu gave it such an average score. Mind you I don't even put stock into the magazine's content given that it's “reviews” consist of 3-4 sentences, however this time around I will probably wait until Last Rebellion hits clearance.

Ah good to know :) I thought these guys would be in the North American version too.

NIS CEO, Souhei Niikawa, said in an interview that his company would increase the number of games it develops for PlayStation 3.

Niikawa also revealed that his company has joined forces with a still unknown person for a certain project. The NIS president said, he was sure the identity of the mysterious cooperation partner would surprise people.

Actually, I wasn't expecting a cameo for this one. Last Rebellion reminds me of Blade Dancer and Dragoneer's Aria and they didn't have cameos so…

Although I know LR will be much better than both PSP games.

maybe with Atlus for the SMT PS3 game leaked by Amazon? but that would be stretching it right? hahaha.

Other possibilities: Sony? a western developer?

24/40 is really not a respectable enough score for a game that will cost over 7000yen.
