Got a Tip?Uncharted 2 Gets More DLC And Gold Treatment In Japan

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan is putting Uncharted and Uncharted 2 back on the market in a gold slipcase. The classy looking Uncharted 2 Twin Pack will retail for 7,980 yen ($88) when it arrives in Japan on February 18.
The announcement came with more Uncharted 2 news, a new schedule of DLC. Here’s what Uncharted 2 fans can look forward to.
January 28
Demo (free)
Additional content pack 1 (free)
- Multiplayer Skins from Resistance 2, Infamous, and Killzone 2 characters
February 25
Additional content pack 2 (price TBA)
- Two Multiplayer maps, one from Uncharted 1’s ruins
- Multiplayer skins from Uncharted
April 15
Additional content pack 3 (price TBA)
- Multiplayer cooperative mode
- Four multiplayer maps
- Five multiplayer skins

Oh, great, pig disgusting character design to crap all over Uncharted 2's great art direction. Way to completely destroy the immersion and believability of the Uncharted world.
Why don't you fix all the glitches first?

No mention of this on the Naughty Dog website… what's the source for this news? It looks like it could just be some fancy Photoshoppery…

They did fix all the glitches at the beginning of this week. And the multiplayer already has skeletons with glowing eyes running around, and the experience itself isn't even terribly realistic. It's quite arcadey. I think the new skins lend themselves just fine to it.

The news comes from an SCEJ announcement about the Uncharted Twin Pack.
Famitsu and Impress Watch also reported on this, in Japanese of course.

The smirk in the middle cover is fierce.
I really love cover on the slipcase. It looks like something you'd see in a Western Collection starring Clint Eastwood (although the guy looks more like a young Harrison Ford).

I was really hoping that Naughty Dog would make a new area or something for the main game, rather than just multi-player…

Sorry, bucko, but the game is like a leaky dam. Every exploit they fix, several more are found. I'm still being pulled down and shot from outside of the map.
There's also tons of other non-exploitable glitches they haven't yet fixed. It is to be expected with all the dynamic terrain and mechanics.
I love the game too much to hate it though. It really is the best multiplayer experience for me. So I wish Naughty Dog was a little more gun-ho on keeping it in tip-top shape.

OMG this is soo freaking sweet. Finally i ben feeling to play as a chimera or a helhgest in UC2 for a long time, i hope the dlc in feb and april dont cost too much like 10-15 will be good.
