Lips: I (Heart) The 80s Or Inis Is Still Making Lips Games

imageLips: Party Classics isn’t even in stores yet, but it appears Microsoft already has another game lined up called Lips: I (Heart) the 80s.

The unannounced game has been rated by Australia’s OFLC. At first, I thought this was another name for Lips: Party Classics. However, the OFLC rated that game too. Also, Lips: Party Classics has songs from decades other than the 80s so that name wouldn’t work.

While Microsoft and Inis karaoke games are fun for parties, I wish Inis would go back to their quirky roots and release something more along the lines of Elite Beat Agents or Gitaroo Man.

We need more elite beat agents

  • Trotmeister

    More Ouendan NOW!!!

  • Unless somehow Elite Beat Agents didn’t sell as well as they hoped, I’m surprised they haven’t touched on a sequel, yet. I even noticed a small fallowing of fans in Japan that seemed to have known about the game.

It’s funny, without even telling them about it, my nephew asked for EBA for his birthday this month as well as my niece who asked for one for Christmas (although I hope she didn’t get to far that day…). It’s still has a fallowing, so what’s the hold up?
