Final Fantasy XIII Screenshots “Were Not Meant To Be Released As A Comparison”

A spokeswoman from Square Enix, had a few tweets to say about the Xbox 360 screenshots sent in the most recent Final Fantasy XIII press kit.

“Need to clarify a few things re: #FFXIII screenshots. These were not meant to be released as a comparison of FFXIII on the two consoles…,” tweeted Sonia Im, Public Relations Manager at Square Enix. “The X360 batch in our press kit was the wrong one. We will have a statement shortly.”

Earlier in the day, Im said, “We are looking into how the altered screens ended up in our presskit & will update asap. This was obviously not intentional aside from easily being proven as altered, and this method not being one we use, we don’t feel there is a need to enhance the X360 FFXIII.”
