Söldner X 2: Final Prototype Adds Challenge Mode, Targeted For Q2 2010

SideQuest Studios is chugging away at Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype and their most recent update notes the game has been delayed a quarter from Q1 2010 to Q2 2010.

 

The extra development months gave SideQuest Studios time to develop a new mode. Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype has a mission based challenge mode where players can earn trophies, extra credits, and bonus items by completing goals not mentioned in the press release.

 

Other features in Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype include seven worlds, two new ships with their own weapon systems, limit attacks, revised bullet patterns, and a tribute to Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer.

    rar, hey this is looking decent — I never played the original Soldner-X was it any good? I’m kind of getting a Gradius feel from the screenshots might just be the art style x_x’ I’ve been reallyyy craving shmups lately.
